New packaging design for classic Scotch whiskey
Scotch Amber Hills
“Amber Hills” is a brand of classic Scotch whiskey and liqueurs based on it. We have simplified the design to highlight the Scottish character of this drink.
During the label modernization, we’ve made fonts lighter, so the audience can get the brand name in easier way and the whole design became modern. The landscape has changed as well: the layered structure of hills immersed in fog conveys the brand’s past visual image, but the illustration is made using the trendy gradient technique.
A system of distinctive “medallion” badges also was developed, together with the color palette of each SKU, making it easier to differentiate them on the shelf.
